Lazurd

Senza Tempo — 1998

Lazurd was a site-specific performance by the Barcelona-based contemporary dance and theatre ensemble Senza Tempo, created as part of their repertoire in the late 1990s. The work's full title, often presented as Lazurd — Viaje a traves del agua ("Journey Through Water"), combined movement, visual imagery and poetic gesture to evoke fluidity and transformation through physical expression. Lazurd was presented in 1998, and it appeared on international stages including festivals such as Malta Festival '98 in Poznan, Poland, where it was programmed alongside other innovative theatre and performance works, reflecting Senza Tempo's engagement with the European performance circuit at that time.
